PML non-discoverable letters (pubs)

Non-searchable, non-browsable but publicly available if one has the link. Store PML as PDF and attached articles as bitstreams. Link to the publication, or link directly to the individual bitstream? Because non-restricted, the collection can be harvested, which may be a problem -nhf 09/20/2024
